I’m Miguel Sanz, born in Spain, in the Mediterranean city of Valencia. I’m a native Spanish teacher certified by Universidad de Nebrija since 2020, when the pandemic changed our lives, and we started to take online education seriously. Before teaching Spanish, I graduated in Ciencias Empresariales at Universitat de València and continue to work as a European Financial Advisor. I have worked in finances since in 2008, just before the economic crisis, a challenging situation from which I learnt a lot. Currently, I am currently pursuing a degree in Translation and Interpreting at the UOC focusing on languages such as French and Catalan. You can check out my CV in my LinkedIn profile.

My Podcast: “Cuentos con Huella”
I launched my first podcast, Cuentos con Huella (“Stories with an Impression”), as a space to explore the timeless magic of storytelling in Spanish. The podcast brings traditional and modern tales to life, blending them with thought-provoking reflections on topics like personal growth, philosophy, and human connection. Each story becomes a gateway to deeper insights, a unique opportunity to pause and think about life from different perspectives.
Creating this podcast has been a rewarding journey of research, narration, and engaging with listeners who share my love for meaningful stories. Episodes include classics such as The Fisherman and the Golden Fish—a tale about gratitude and human ambition—along with others that are soon to come.
“Cuentos con Huella” has been warmly received by listeners who appreciate its blend of captivating storytelling and thoughtful commentary. New episodes are released regularly, and you can explore the entire collection wherever you listen to podcasts.
If you’re curious about the stories we tell and the reflections they inspire, join us on this journey of words and wisdom. Discover Cuentos con Huella and let the stories leave their impression on you.

My book: “Manifiesto para normalizar la ansiedad”
I published my first book in Spanish called “Manifiesto para normalizar la ansiedad” (“Manifesto to Normalize Anxiety”). I’m very interested in mental health and how we can improve to live a better life. Writing the book was quite an experience involving hard work, studying the craft of writing, and attempting to master the Spanish language. Its publication was the cherry on top.
It was well-received on Amazon, and even today, it is purchased by curious people who want to learn more about the topic. You can find out more about this essay at www.manifiestoansiedad.com, and you can purchase it on Amazon here.
